In stock trading, does the All or None option prevent you from being charged for more than one trade?

If I want to buy 150 shares of a stock at a certain price I want and I don't have the All or None option turned on, will I be charged for more than one trade in order to get 150 shares sonce I am not buying all the shares at once?
